No refunds will be given.

In the event of cloudy skies or other conditions that do not allow the operation of the telescope, an engaging alternative experience will be offered.

Transferring your booking to another person/party is accepted without fee, but please let us know the contact information of the new person/party.

Rebookings may be made at least 5 days before the hosted experience date with the following fees:

• 14 or more days prior to the booked date: 10% rebooking fee

• 5-13 days prior to the booked date: 25% rebooking fee

• Less than 5 days prior to the booked date: Rebookings will not be accepted. You may transfer your booking to another person/party.
